Which means you get the peace of mind of on-site technical support and free technical phone support from our highly experienced customer support team. No call centres. Just straightforward, up to the minute, personal advice and support.
Under this maintenance agreement, you are guaranteed replacement hardware and updating of firmware and software, as well as patches and bug fixes to the current level of firmware/software you are running.
Brown’s also provide new features under the agreement. But this does depend on your hardware and the scope of the new feature, so we do reserve the right to charge for this.
You may want more than our standard offering, and like everything else, you can negotiate this according to your individual requirements.
Finally, if you do not wish to take out a maintenance agreement at the point of sale, we operate a one-year warranty and a return to factory policy.
